IN-HOME CONSULTATIONS
In-home lactation and dietetic consultations are available within approximately a 10km radius of Heidelberg.
Initial consultation: $250
Includes individual plan, follow-up email and one month's message support.
Subsequent consultation: $220
PHONE & VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
Initial consultation: $220
Includes individual plan, follow-up email and one month's message support.
Subsequent consultations: $110
LACTATION SUPPORT PACKAGES
6 week breastfeeding package
It's often said that the first 6 weeks are the most important in establishing breastfeeding. With my 6 week breastfeeding package you'll have support to confidently get breastfeeding off to a brilliant start.
Includes:
1 phone/video consultation before birth
5 face-to-face consultations or 5 digital consultations post birth
Message support for 6 weeks
Digital 6 week package: $600
Face-to-face 6 week package: $1000

PRIVATE HEALTH FUND REBATES
Kathleen is a registered provider with all major health funds, which means you may be able to claim a rebate through your health fund depending on your level of extras cover. Rebates vary so contacting your private health provider before making an appointment is recommended.
REGISTERED MEDICARE PROVIDER
Medicare rebates are available for adults and children who have a chronic condition and are being managed under a care plan and team care arrangement through their GP. You can ask your GP if you or your child qualify for this program. Ensure you have this referral at your initial consultation.
NDIS CLIENTS
Kathleen is able to see clients who have self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plans.
PAYMENT METHODS
An invoice will be emailed to you after the consultation for payment by bank transfer.
A $20 fee reduction applies to all concession card holders.
Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations. This allows an opportunity for others to have your appointment time and to cover costs incurred by Feeding Foundations as a result of your failure to attend.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
